How to Use FFR at Your Event For Participant/Coach Check in

Below are step by step instructions on utilizing Flash Facial Recognition at your event check in.

      1. Navigate to https://zortssports.com and log into your account.


      2. Select your organization.

                                                                                                                               

      3. Select the specific event where you are checking in participants.                                                                                                                                                                                           

      4. Click 'Roster'.


      5. Click 'FFR'.

   

      6. Click 'Face Search'.


      7. Take a quick photo of the participant or coach by locating their face in the viewfinder and clicking the blue icon in the bottom right corner. 

 
      
      8. Confirm the individual's identity by verifying that the information matches their presentation, then select the checkbox labeled 'Checked In'.

               

      9. To check in the next participant or coach, click 'Face Search' again.

               

      10. Repeat the process by taking the photo of their face.

      

      11. IF the individual does not have an active Zorts Card in the roster, the message below will display.

            

      12. In this case, you may choose to search the individual by name. 
             a. Click 'Clear Filters' on the right, then enter the person's name in the field marked 'Find someone'.


      13. After typing their name, their roster entry will populate and display whether the person is 'Eligible' or 'Ineligible'.
            a. You may click on the icon under the 'Eligibility' category to view what is missing.



      14. This will open up the individual's roster entry so that you can see what they're missing.
