1. After logging into your Zorts account on the app, and selecting the event you will be attending, you will be given a message stating that you have 'Missing Items'.
a. Click 'Fix Now'.
i. If you do not get the 'Missing Items' message, click 'Eligibility' on the upper right hand side.
2. Click 'link coach card'.
a. If the event requires a coach card WITH a background check - there will be a notice that reads 'REQUIRES BACKGROUND CHECK' under 'link coach card'.
b. If the event requires a coach card WITHOUT a background check - it will only say 'link coach card'.
** For this example, the event is requiring a background check along with a coach card. If your event does not require a background check, and you do not wish to purchase one with your card, the steps are the same up until the section specifically about background checks.
3. Click 'Purchase Coach Card'.
4. Make sure coach's information is correct/enter any information still needed.
5. Upload necessary photos/documents.
6. Enter coach's contact information.
7. Click 'Continue'.
8. Read the checklist and review your coach card.
a. Enter payment information and click 'Purchase'.
10. If you'd like to include a background check, click 'Purchase Background Check'.
11. Enter personal information.
12. Read the 'Consent Agreement' and sign.
13. Enter your card information and click 'Pay'.
14. View confirmation and click 'Done'.
