Player Eligibility General InformationMost Zorts events require that players complete required information to be eligible to participate in the event. These items can be a Zorts player card, a report card, a jersey size, an e-signature for a waiver, etc. Typically the parent or player supplies these items.Events typically have a roster editing cutoff date and all eligibility items must be completed by that date.-You can find the roster editing cutoff date and time under your eligibilty tab.
- When all eligibility items have been supplied the players eligibility status changes from 'Incomplete' to 'Pending'.
- A 'Pending' status means that the player's data is complete and is waiting to be reviewed.
- Zorts reviews Zorts Card data and usually the review is completed within 24-72 hours of the purchase.
- Other eligibility items are reviewed by the event administrators who should be contacted with questions regarding their review process.
