How to Share Sign-up Links

Below are step-by-step instruction on sending a sign-up link to participate in an event from the Zorts Website, iPhone App, and Android app.

WEB

Info
  1. Select the ‘Roster’ tab, then the ‘Players’ or 'Participants' tab. 
      2. Click ‘Add’.
      3. Select ‘Share Sign-up Link’



      4. Select a category of recipients to send your sign-up link to.
            a. Ensure that you have the correct DIVISION/TEAM selected under the 'Team' drop down list before copying the link. 



      5. Copy the entire sample message, and paste it in a message to your selected audience.



iPhone

Info
  1. From your event, click on the ‘Roster’ tab. 



      2. Select the plus ‘+’ sign, or select ‘Add To Roster’.



            3. Select 'Share Invite Link'.



      4. Click ‘Select Recipients’, to choose who the link will be made out to. 
      5. Choose your recipients.



      6. Click ‘Share Link’. 
      7. Select your method of sharing, such as email or text message, or copy and paste the link to wherever you want.



Android

Info
  1. From your event, click the ‘Roster’ tab. 
      2. Click on the plus (+) sign button



      3. Select ‘Share Invite Link’.



      4. Select your choice of recipient for the sign-up link. 
      5. Click ‘Share Link’.



      6. Select your method of sharing, such as email or text message, or copy and paste the link to wherever you want.
