How to Fix a Zorts Card When It's 'Incomplete'

Below are step-by-step instruction on how to fix your player card after it has been reviewed and rejected.

      1. After logging into your account, select your name in the upper right hand corner



      2. Click on 'Your account'



      3. Select 'Zorts Cards'



      4. Click the 'Actions' button underneath the Zorts Card in questions


     
      5. Select 'Fix' 
      


      6. Note the ‘Rejected’ status underneath the field that needs to be corrected.
            a. The reasoning is listed right underneath the status.



      7. Click to upload a new photo of the participant that adheres with the listed guidelines. 
            a. Ensure the "headshot" photo of the participant is a SOLO (participant only), FORWARD facing, CLEAR (not blurry) photo from the shoulders up. The photo should show the entire face, with no obstructions (including hair) to the participants face. No hats, mouth guards, sunglasses, etc. The photo should resemble that of a state ID or passport or it will be REJECTED for correction by the purchaser. 
      8. Click to upload a new photo of the document that adheres with the listed guidelines.
            a. Ensure that the photo shows the entire document (corner to corner), and that it is clear and legible and that the document type matches the verification document type selected. 



      9. Choose your desired processing speed



      10. Click update



      11. Your card is 'Pending' and will be reviewed within the time that your selected processing speed dictates.


iPhone

Info
      1. From your account, select the event you will be attending that requires attention.
      2. You will receive a message stating that you are ‘Missing Items’.
            a. Select ‘Fix now’.
      3. Select the Zorts Card attached to your roster entry that is labeled 'Incomplete'. 

    

      4. Click on the first field labeled ‘Rejected’. (in this case, the photo has been rejected)
      5. Note the reason for rejection and select ‘Upload’ to upload a new photo in accordance with the guidelines listed below. 
            a. Ensure the "headshot" photo of the participant is a SOLO (participant only), FORWARD facing, CLEAR (not blurry) photo from the shoulders up. The photo should show the entire face, with no obstructions (including hair) to the participants face. No hats, mouth guards, sunglasses, etc. The photo should resemble that of a state ID or passport photo or it will be REJECTED for correction by the purchaser. 

    

      6. Click on the next field labeled ‘Rejected’. (in this case, the age verification document has been rejected)
      7. Note the reason for rejection and select ‘Upload’ to upload a new photo of the document in accordance with the guidelines listed below. 
            a. Ensure that the photo shows the entire document (corner to corner), and that it is clear and legible. Additionally, ensure that the document type matches the age verification document selected. 

    

      8. Please note that the Zorts Card status is now 'Processing'. The card will be processed within 72 hours unless a faster processing speed is purchased.

      1. From your account, select the event you will be attending that requires attention.
      2. You will receive a message stating that you are ‘Missing Items’.
            a. Select ‘Fix now’.



      3. Click on the player card menu labeled ‘Incomplete’.
      4. Tap on the player card and a drop down menu will appear. 



      5. Select 'Edit' from the drop down menu. 
      5. Note the reason for rejection.
      6. Select ‘Upload’, and upload a new photo in accordance with the upload rules.
            a. Ensure the "headshot" photo of the participant is a SOLO (participant only), FORWARD facing, CLEAR (not blurry) photo from the shoulders up. The photo should show the entire face, with no obstructions (including hair) to the participants face. No hats, mouth guards, sunglasses, etc. The photo should resemble that of a state ID or passport or it will be REJECTED for correction by the purchaser.
