1. After logging into your account, select the event you will be attending.
2, You will be navigated to the ‘Eligibility’ tab.
a. Note the 'Missing Eligibility Items' message.
3. Scroll down- click ‘Actions’ right underneath the Zorts card.
4. Click 'Fix' from the 'Actions' drop-down menu.
5. Note the ‘Rejected’ status underneath the field that needs to be corrected.
a. The reasoning is listed right underneath the status.
6. In this case, click to upload a new photo in accordance with the upload rules.
7. Look for any other 'Rejected' messages.
a. In this case, the name on the player profile did not match the birth certificate.
9. Click the name field and correct the name to match your document.
10. Click to upload your document again.
11. Click 'Update'.
