Force Updating the Applications

Below are step-by-step instructions to force the Zorts Sports app to update and display the correct information. 

How to Force Update on iPhone

      1. After logging into your account, from the 'Home' tab, click 'Participate' and select any event from the list.

      2. Click on the small icon in the top right corner of your screen.

      3. Select, 'Force Update' from the drop down menu that appears. 

    

How to Force Update on Android

      1. After logging into your account, click 'Settings' in the upper, right hand corner. 

      2. Select, 'Force Update'.
