Force Updating the Applications

Below are step-by-step instructions to force the Zorts Sports app to update and display the correct information. 

How to Force Update on iPhone

1. Select 'My Teams/Events'.

2. Select the event you are participating in. 

3. Select the logo at the top right-hand corner      . ( a drop-down will appear at the bottom of the screen )

4. Select ‘Force Update’ at the bottom of your screen.

How to Force Update on Android

1. Select the event you are participating in. 

2. Select the three dots at the top right hand corner. 

3. Select 'Force Update' from the drop-down menu.
