Coaches Eligibility

Some events may require coaches to sign waivers, upload a photo or perform a background check.

Below is an example of a coach's eligibility tab with incomplete eligibility items. 

1. Click 'Order Background Check'.
   
1. Enter your personal information and card information.
   
2. Click 'View/Sign' under 'Waiver'.
   
1. Read and sign your waiver.
   
3. Click 'Click to upload Driver's License'.
   
1. Upload a photo of your Driver's License.
   

iPhone

1. Click 'Fix Now' on the 'Missing Items' message. 
   
1. If the message does not appear, click 'Eligibility' on the upper right hand side. 
   
2. Click 'Order Background Check'.
   
1. The app will redirect you to the Zorts website via your web browser to complete the background check. 
2. Enter your personal information and card information.  
   
3. Click 'Documents'.
1. Upload a photo of your required documents.
4. Click 'View/Sign' under 'Waiver'.
   
1. Read and sign your waiver.

Android

1. Click 'Fix Now' on the 'Missing Items' message. 
   
1. If the message does not appear, click 'Eligibility' on the upper right hand side. 
   
2. Click 'Purchase Background Check'.
   
1. The app will redirect you to the Zorts website via your web browser to complete the background check. 
2. Enter your personal information and card information.  
   
3. Click 'View/Sign' under 'Waiver'.
   
1. Read and sign your waiver.
4. Click 'Upload File' under 'Documents'.
1. Upload a photo of your required documents.

1. When all items have been provided. your status will go from 'Incomplete' to 'Pending'.
   
2. When the event administrators review your eligibility items, they will either approve or deny them.
   
1. If they're approved, your status will switch to 'Eligible'.
   
2. If any of the items are rejected, your status will switch back to 'Incomplete' and you will be prompted to correct the incomplete items.
